Organized by the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group at IIT, SheSpark brings together industry experts, thought leaders, and successful women from diverse fields to share their insights and experiences.
Through a series of interactive sessions and workshops, participants gain valuable skills in areas like career growth strategies, personal branding, financial literacy, and interview skills. The event aims to provide practical advice and boost confidence, helping women navigate the transition from campus to corporate life.
By attending SheSpark, students have the chance to network, learn from professionals, and ignite their passion for success. It’s more than just an event – it’s a movement that inspires women to take charge of their careers and create a positive impact in the world.
